99% of it is specifically about Nyave, due to reasons. I don't see it either.

And back to the absolute worst part of the comic, the protagonist.

I get that Allison is supposed to be a normal girl from Los Angeles, but can her dialogue be something other than prolific swearing just scattered in.

it's not even just nyave, last thread i saw someone predicting that every other demiurge would die and gog would possess all of them, like that isn't contrived as fuck

Because Gog has accomplished basically nothing in the entire comic and people want to see her do something.

what do you expect her to say while she's alone, panicking and aimlessly stumbling through a warzone?

she's the whole reason the main gang even came to ryuba to enter the tournament in the first place. besides, people have been making these weird gog predictions before the tournament of power even started

This is more a general complaint rather than a specific situational one, but that she's barely swearing more here than what she usually does shows my point.

If anything that just shows how fucked up her situation has been ever since Zoss stuck the damn key in her.
If your new baseline is "fucks like a vietnam veteran that just heard the trees rustle" shit's pretty bad.

I'd agree, if she wasn't fucking like a vietnam veteran from almost the very beginning.
Heavy swearing in dialogue isn't intrinsically bad, but Allison's dialogue isn't that great to start with, and excessive swearing just makes more annoying to read.

"Fuck" is a very versatile word.

The florid paragraph-as-insult curses you're probably thinking of don't really fit Allison.

Fair. Though she was a college girl neet so her speaking skills probably had a lot to be desired before all this went down. With a lack of choices she defaults to fuck for emphasis but as this has gone on the inflection has changed if not the number. So less "aw fuck" to more "oh fuck."
Though at this point we're discussing the inflection of fucks so it's probably a moot point when it comes to a written medium.

I highly doubt Nyave is in too much danger of dying here, if only because she hasn't had too much of an impact on the story so far. I do think someone's gonna fucking die here, though I'd put my money on one of the demiurges rather than any of allison's group.

Actually fuck it, I'm going all in on either mottom or salami dave eating it within the next 5 pages.

She's done enough for a secondary character. Still, I doubt that she will die in this moment. This looks like a fakeout.

I can't imagine Zaid is taking the residual power of the demiurge's clash too well either. Allison is superhuman and she was being thrown around like a ragdoll just from the shockwaves.

But, still, most of what she (and Princess) do is just fill space in random panels. It's why people think she must be a secret plot hook for THE MASS, because she's hardly doing anything else.

Between white chain and vigilant gaze there's more medical knowledge than an entire hospitals worth of doctors, and Gaze could carry her while running at full speed without even jostling her hair. She's going to be fine for sure.

I don't recall the angels having medical knowledge. Their function was merely to uphold Throne's strict law. Nyave was the team's medic.

Her halo, in the one scene where it appears, is the same shade of green as Gog's.

Pretty sure it´s supposed to be a Cinderella reference.
