To answer the question; Angra Mainyu would be a problem, a big one. In the Nasuverse the reason he was defeated so fast in the 3rd grail war is because of the unique role applied to him as Avenger. Remnant doesn't have the counter force, nor does it have any equivalent to the servant system, so there would be no natural enemy for Angra.
After his transformation, he is instinctively the best at super-murdering humans, to the point where it doesn't matter if they're the strongest human to ever live; they're human, and he's going to kill them.
Even without mentioning his innate ability to corrupt anything he touches (like the GoD's pool) or his ability to sorta/kinda/maybe rewind time, Angra Mainyu would EASILY be worse for Remnant than Salem; he wouldn't waste time with plans or servants, he would just begin a bloody field trip through every town he encountered, killing as he went and amassing a huge army of Grimm in his wake.
There's been Fate/RWBY crossover fanfics and anytime someone inserts Angra they always seem to get him wrong; they always focus on his status as the 'weakest' servant and don't pay attention to the fact that, aside from servants, there's not much that can stop him.

There's a fanfiction called Huntsman of Red where Archer(Shirou) was summoned without there being a Holy Grail War, so I don't see how Angra wouldn't be summoned either.

Ruby became a master with Archer as her servant. Pretty sure he wasn't summoned as a counter guardian.

Pretty much, yeah; it would take a spiritual entity of high caliber to deal with him, and from what we've seen, Remnant doesn't have that or even a similar concept. I mean, there's Jinn, but does she fight? It's totally possible that the artifact of destruction can put him down, but who knows what it's actual function is? Alternatively; it's possible that in his jumpover to Remnant he could be treated as 'close enough to' a grimm for Ruby's silver eyes to work. He won't die to that on account of his rewind ability kicking in, but he would stay the FUCK away from her afterwards due to his cowardly nature.
Angra Mainyu and Salem would more likely form a 'don't mess with me, I won't mess with you' dichotomy. Salem, despite being human, is effectively unkillable and therefore not worth his time. He can't even corrupt her with his curse, so there'd be no reason for him to bug her. It is in Salem's best interest, meanwhile, to just let Angra run rampant wherever he goes.
Angra Mainyu is a bit of a special case; in theory he could end up on Remnant as a shift in reality; the [Root] could even try booting him off of Gaea and so he ends up transplanted elsewhere. Alternatively one of the true magic's could affect his core and he could be moved through spacetime there. OR just a bog-standard 'idiot on Remnant tried to summon the devil but got Angra Mainyu instead' story. How he gets there really isn't relevant, of course. It's what happens after that we worry about.
During H/A Angra took advantage of the fact that Shirou previously got dipped in his curses (long story) to 'occupy' his body during certain times. He also used Shirou's body to get sex because hey, use it or lose it.
Without the Counter Force or an equivalent, Remnant simply couldn't have most servants.

Pretty much, yes: Angra Mainyui is similar enough to a Grimm (concentrated evil, bestial shape, made of pure darkness) that in theory the silver eyes would just fuck his day up. Again, with his ability to turn back the clock he's basically guaranteed to survive, but he would EXPERIENCE it and from what we've seen with Cinder, it is NOT fun. Angra would bounce hard and basically avoid Rube at all costs unless he had to.
Yeah, the daughter of Kotomine Kirei was hot, and a nun, and literal murdersatan wanted some of that hot ass, so he possessed the hentai protagonist to get it. Kinda fucked up when you think about it.
Her protagonist powers aren't really a big deal when you compare it to some of the stuff Angra's seen; her's are just really painful to him, specifically.
