I'm not sure what you mean. While they both take place in Hell, they're going to two entirely different avenues. HH is all about redeeming the nonredeemable, while HB is really just about a assassination company sucking at assassination. I don't see how they'll cannibalize each other.

Disney completely murdered the TRON franchise because they thought it was going to outshine Star Wars.
They outright took out all the budget from the Tron Uprising cartoon, they cheapened out heavily on the art style and animation and the hinted at Tron 3 movie never came out.

I think I get what you mean. I found that Helluva Boss showing earth being as stupid and ridiculous as hell completely threw out and diminished any sense of seriousness/significance that Hazbin would have probably wanted with its story and the history of the characters when they were alive: since its the same universe and all.
