I'm really digging this even. This is a fucking horror show. I couldnt imagine what it would be like for this to happen IRL. Like Aliens, Zombies, Dumb space shit, I can read and go, "yeah. Honestly, just giving him the beard and making him a good dad has set Eddie Brock off as perhaps the most alpha male badass in Marvel right now. I really disliked Eddie pre-relaunch, but his new direction is underrated.

The “origin” they gave him with his drunk driving accident parallels Spidey so well, too, and gives him a great sympathetic underpinning
