Quit while you're ahead, OP. Trying to write the subtleties of three different British dialects and to get that same chemistry in the dialogue is pretty much impossible. But I can give you some clues for Karl, at least.
1) Numb demeanor. Emotions are expressed but not the degree you would expect of most people.
2) Deadpan delivery.
3) Difficulty describing events, confusing word choices that muddy the chronology or who's doing what
4) Stinging remarks derived from ignorance that come across as brutal/selfish, but UNINTENTIONALLY so, since they were meant to be out of pity or sympathetic to the person/event/thing.
5) Taking things literally, looking for ambiguities in scenarios or stories people tell when most wouldn't think of them as important enough to undercut the main point.
6) Luddite. Very skeptical of technology.
7) Almost contradicting number 6, a fascination with science, particularly biology, with no real understanding, leading to incredibly warped ideas about major theories and the habits/traits of organisms.
8) Honest to a fault. Karl cannot tell a lie and is almost shameless, only putting up a moment of resistance before relenting. His honesty and desire for simplicity also puts him at odds with more complex concepts, or animals that have defense mechanisms like venom or camouflage.
9) Karl's whiny (whingy). He "can't be bothered" to do most anything, and he's annoyed by being expected to do his job or being out even 50p.
10) Karl is clearly a whiny mope, but he doesn't seem aware of this, himself. He's described himself as "quite happy", "happy go lucky", and other descriptions that don't seem to fit him in the least.
