>1. Love RWBY, hate RWBY, just don’t tell us it’s good. >2. Read the pastebin: rwbyg.com >3. Arguing about the thread isn’t discussion >4. Arguing about E-celeb garbage also isn’t discussion >5. Don't believe their ice cream
M3U8s have been dead ever since RT switched to a new back end. For those without First memberships you can wait 30 minutes for new episodes to be uploaded to the MEGA (see pastebin) Previous thread:
>The ending is Cardin lounging on his private villa in Menagerie with Kali, Velvet and Iia sucking his dick while the rest of the faunus girls are his maids working for free
>Hi my name is James Ironwood. I carried the last volume single-handedly, and now I'm being written as an evil, power-driven idiot because "Military man bad". >Please send help.
Ironwood's not being written as evil or power-driven though, he's being written as paranoid, desperate and actively-stifling his morality, as an extension of his character arc last volume
Josiah Sanders
pissy niggers like you drag drawfags away. Shut the fuck up
Tyler Garcia
Still weird he doesn't tell Ruby to hand herself over or Qrow gets it. Literally solves multiple problems.
Camden Ramirez
Perhaps his poorly-disguised homolust for Qrow is still strong to enough for him not to do that?
Daniel Martin
WHY DID YOU DO IT JAMES?! Why did you murder Clover in cold blood like that?!
>'s being written as paranoid He literally has not been paranoid and everything going wrong was a result of him being moral and trusting. Rewatch vol 7.
>Ironwood's paranoia about Salem in V2 leads to him bringing his entire army to Vale, unannounced, and facilitates the fall of Beacon when they get hacked >Ironwood's paranoia about Ozpin in V2 leads to him selling Oz out the council and Ironwood's robots being given even more of a presence at the tournament, making it worse when they get hacked >Ironwood's paranoia about other kingdoms declaring war leads to him declaring a dust embargo, making all other kingdoms even more distrustful of him and significantly damaging the economy of both Mantle and Atlas which leads to heavy protest against him >Ironwood's paranoia about Salem leads to him completely closing all of Atlas' borders, a move which once again turns the other kingdoms and Atlas' own people against him, isolates the kingdom further and does nothing to make it harder for Salem's forces to infiltrate >Ironwood's paranoia about a chess piece leads to him concluding that Salem wants him to evacuate Mantle's population into Atlas and he subsequently decides to halt all evacuations and abandon Mantle, as well as the rest of Remnant, for extremely temporary respite in the clouds while also revealing the winter maiden to Cinder
Luke Hernandez
>facilitates the fall of Beacon when they get hacked Vale would have fallen without Ruby, and she had to deal with the hacked robots before Cinder and the Wyvern. Checks out.
Ryder Torres
Shut the fuck up and quit trying to rush our drawfriend. He's under no obligation to draw for us, and we're lucky he's even doing it in the first place.
Blake Cruz
This
As for this the answer is because deep down Ironwood was rooting for Ruby to succeed which is why he’s so pissed when Amity goes back down. In fact it’s the only time in v8 that he loses his cool at all is when Watts is a smug prick about Amity.
This. Ironwood is unironically the best written character in the show right now. Team RWBY are the ones getting the short end of the stick.
Zachary Cook
I'm on Volume 4, and jesus christ the show just keeps getting worse and worse. Please tell me it gets better
Owen Howard
The fact that he threw a scroll at the hacker is such a dumb move. On the other hand, Watts simply swatting it away is downright hilarious
Samuel Walker
The early half of volume 6 is good. V7 is alright. V8 is good (so far). You're going to have to slog through 4 and 5 to get to them though.
Jordan Stewart
The very next volume after is the worst one in the series. It slowly gets better after that, but still, if you hate volume 4 you're really gonna hate V5.
Blake Sanchez
In five it doesn't, i can assure you that. But for what's after it, well it's not bad or good, more like meh
Leo Powell
>character makes dumb decisions for the sake of drama
Yep. Smells like shit writing
Anthony Sullivan
Is that not the essence of RWBY?
Angel Barnes
Fuck that. If the next volume is the worst one of them all then I'm out. Peace bitches, aint gonna waste my time on this crap
Jacob White
It'll be a nightmare with some singular good moments until Volume 7. And even that is loaded with tism at the tail end.
Gabriel Anderson
>not liking V4 Why though? Granted it was painful as fuck when it was currently airing, now that you can watch it all in one sitting it's honestly one of the better volumes.
Jason Davis
What, so that makes shit writing ok?
Cooper Price
It gets better and worse at the same time. 7 destroys anything good about the show but baits you hard enough that 8 has been very good. I'll probably just leave when after they move to the next area because all my favourite characters will never been seen after that aside from maybe a cameo or two if I'm lucky.
Blake Taylor
>character makes ultimately wrong decisions they believe to be the right call based on the limited information they have >this is shit writing Ironwood has consistently been one of the best written characters though. Even his current downward spiral has reason to it.
