The early half of volume 6 is good. V7 is alright. V8 is good (so far). You're going to have to slog through 4 and 5 to get to them though.
The very next volume after is the worst one in the series. It slowly gets better after that, but still, if you hate volume 4 you're really gonna hate V5.
In five it doesn't, i can assure you that. But for what's after it, well it's not bad or good, more like meh
