Like, yes, there are members of the Batfamily who should have a higher claim to taking over but as Batwing, he is part of it. Considering that the Foxes currently hold the Wayne wealth, it kind of makes sense why it'd be him.

I don’t much like them. Just look to over done. Bat man just looks like Tony Stark if he was edgy. Wonder woman and superman are in the uncanny valley between a redesign and a carbon copy. Flash is the same issue as Batman. Green lantern is OK.
