I don't know what is anime-ish feel but it isn't limited to the animation style rather the structure. I feel like something like Dany Phamtom are spiritually anime, and share more with traditional anime with random western cartoon. On the other hand you have things like Ducktales and GravityFalls that couldn't lack that feel more.
