Tiana is the interesting project to me. A full-length series unlike most of them, animated by the actual Disney animation studio that does the films, and the only one in 2d animation. Even if it falters in plot it might be absolutely gorgeous for a tv series

This just feels so ill-equipped. I love The Princess and the Frog and wish it wasn't so underrated, but this sounds like it is first to be cut on the cutting room floor. All of these announcements were half-baked forced-at-gunpoint ventures. WDAS and Pixar don't know how to do serialized projects. The most Pixar has done was like ten over the span of twenty-five years.
