New Ice Age movie on Disney+ in 2022

>It will be an Buck spin-off movie with Crash and Eddie.
>It will launch in early 2022,possibly in the 20th anniversary of the first movie.

When the fuck is the baby from the first movie gonna come back

As someone that absolutely loved the first two movies as a kid, I want this franchise to just be allowed to die.

I keep forgetting what Disney owning Fox entails. How the FUCK does Disney own Ice Age now?

Now that they are making movies for streaming and don't need a big budget, maybe they will do even more movies. Ice age still makes money and you now how Disney loves that. So maybe they finally make an movie with that baby.

Will her show up?

>5 films, 2 specials, more than 5 shorts and now one more film for Disney+
>Worst film still made 410 million on box office
>Now owned by Disney and still making content
How can they do that?

FOX

>Disney+
Why not in theathers? Ice Age is a HUGE cash cow for Blue Sky and this can easily rank nostalgia cash since it's been years since 5.

Would be the most Kino thing to come out of the series.

Why? When they announce an new Mickey Mouse cartoon I just think "oh look a new Mickey cartoon" and not "OH MY GOD ANOTHER ONE JUST DIE ALREADY I ONLY LIKED THE ORIGINAL".

>Another Ice Age movie
And I thought they jumped the shark after the first one.

Cope more furfag, don't act like you are special.

Maybe because its an "spin-off" or because the bad reputation that the last movie gave and now they will make ice age content only for Disney+. But I don't doubt they have the balls the make another Ice age film for movie theaters

Do you feel angry when franchises don't die? Do kids cartoons hurt your feelings?

I mean, Mickey's been alive since 1928 and most people don't care and don't say "just die already Mickey its almost 100 years old", same with looney tunes, but they keep making new cartoons, so why want a franchise for kids that is not even 20 years old yet to die.

The difference is Mickey Mouse has multiple different iterations and the shows themselves usually have a consistent quality across each of their runs. Ice Age is just Ice Age and the films have been getting worse.

Scrat best boy

Scrat could defeat Goku, Superman, and Thor at once. He's literally unkillable. This ain't bait.

Good point, but I don't think that the latest Mickey cartoons will ever be as good as the originals.

>Scrat could defeat Goku, Superman, and Thor at once
>Lost to a bird
What did he mean by this?

Scrat was just showing mercy. In the same movie, he beat up a school of piranhas.

Robots 2 when?

> usually have a consistent quality across each of their runs
Zig Forums never fails the amaze me

I don't mean each one is necessarily good, I mean in of themselves, the quality usually remains the same for at least awhile.

Disney owns Fox which in turns owns Blue Sky who made Ice Age

If you are talking about animation, then sure. But if you are talking about the plot, characthers, basically mickey became more and more for kids, just like ice age, each sequel had better animation, but the movie itself became more and more for kids.

Sometimes I wonder what goes through Ray's mind when he does his roles for these shitty movies.

At this point I think never, Ice age and Rio are the most profitable things from Blue Sky,and now that Disney owns them, they will probably milk that a lot. They even announced an Rio spin off for Disney+ last year.

Money is money I guess

Here the preview of the movie youtube.com/watch?v=AkmKmassSHk

Looks fine I guess

Jeez how long was this in production for?
I remember hearing about a Ice Age series coming to FOX back in the mid 2010s, but I thought is was a bunch of baloney.
