No es necesario que sea sistematica para que sea tortuta.

Panamá is a shithole if you are not part of the high class and also a shithole if you are some sort of black, so pretty much everyone except the 10% of the country lives well, even tho their economy is dollarized the minimum wage is 220 dollars per month

Uruguay. Safest ( even though it has the highest gun ownership per capita ), least corrupt, best income inequality, best healthcare, most european. It reaches the tier of most Eastern Europe or the poorer parts of Southern Europe, which by south american standards is no small feat.

and you're saying it's somehow different in the other 3 countries on there?

It is, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Chile have the highest salaries in latinamerica

Uruguay > Chile > Costa Rica > Panama. Simple as.

We have high minimum wage but everything is expensive here, so it evens out. People go to Panama to buy cheap stuff actually

I completely agree

>t. Cristian Cerón

Doesn't change the fact that they earn less than half of what a costa rican earns, the only thing making Panama larp as not a shithole is the canal and Panama City, which are owned by the USA

>best healthcare
out of those, it'd be Chile

cope, panama is superior to all of them across the board

the safest of these by homicide rate are Chile and Panama.

Uruguay has the lowest life expectancy of the 4, according to the last Human Development Report.

Inequality is a meme, Chile still has less poverty.

You are nigger that escaped from Panama because it is a shithole for everyone except the élite

Costa Rica got 5 million people, retarded

Sao Paulo city alone got 11 million people
With the metropolitan area is 22 million people

lol at this cope

Panamá has 3 million people...

wrong, it has 4.2

Uruguay > Chile > Costa Rica > Argentina > Panama
This is not up for debate

We're still safer than Panama in that respect though.

That's Uruguay I think. It's funny, we three are fairly small

4 million, Panama is a shithole that has just one City created by foreigner to bring their companies to the canal, jist with that you could say 1/4 of the population lives in a very developed área... Doesn't change that it is a shithole since the lower class living in Panamá City are wageslaves and the rest of the country is Honduras tier

PPP 2018 US$687 billion [7] 1st
Per Capita US$56,418 [7] 1st
Nominal 2018 US$274 billion [7] 1st
Per Capita US$22,502[7] 1st
Website São Paulo, SP

Funny how Sao Paulo is by far the wealthiest place in Latam and it´s a shithole.
I think about the rest...

>Panama
>superior
everyone acknowledges they are USA bitch there, they have no national pride or culture, no history pre-colony and everything important the state builds is paid with american money (so usa has to approve it first). I talked with 10+ people from Panama and after 2 hours they all agree that they are a non-country. The time i went there (2 days) you could notice how the city was planned from the start as a business hub first, a tourist trap second and a city where people live last.

I've been to both panama and Argentina and Argentina is orders of magnitude inferior. It's more akin to Brazil than it is to Panama. They don't play in the same league, netither does CR or Uruguay. Chile might stand a chance against Panama tho

Who was talking about Sao Paulo? How do this relate to the thread? I swear brazilian posters are on the level with gringos sometimes

>the rest of the country is Honduras tier
wrong
> they have no national pride or culture
wrong, you've never been in a festival or national day in Panama

Read this comment it is completely true, it is a country with just one City and the whole por puse of that City is to give a safe space to the companies that use the canal (pretty much all the companies of the world)

Either you didn't leave Panama City or you are being delusional
