Do they really not declaw cats outside of the US? To be frank I've never actually met anyone in the US who has done it but an elderly family I know had an adopted cat without their front claws that the previous owners removed.

I won't do that to my kitty. My family has owned like 10 or so cats and none of them have been declawed. We use them to keep rodents away so we have no reason to declaw them. This was out in the country so they tend to be eaten by coyotes or hawks; that's why we have had so many. Currently, I don't think my parents own a cat but they'll probably get another one and it will probably get slaughtered by a coyote after a year or two.
By the way, the thing I said was unnatural was how self insulting your comment about plastic surgery was.

Americans not only cut off their animals fingers, they also cut off their tails and snip their ears, not to mention cutting off their balls or ripping out the entire ovaries.

The best dogs and smartest ones are the mid sized ancient breeds, lots of the traditional Asian dogs are like this, as well as European working dogs

Where I come from these sorts of dogs (idk the breed name) as well as ones that look a little like Japanese dogs are very common, they mostly run around the town and everyone cares for them, though they will have their own owners and go home at the end of the day.
They are hard workers and good pets

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with too small skull for its brain and multitude of diseases because whole breed can be traced back to six spaniels.
Schäfers and their banana backs.
English and French Bulldogs and their shovel-hit faces.
Shar Pei and its stupidly wrinkly face that leads to skin conditions.
Pekingese cant breath and have eye problems.
Pitbulls as a whole.
