I like to think that the 'SJW template' fills basic human needs (divine Truth, identity, tribe, authority, morals, spirituality etc.) and all that surface level stuff, like which politician is good and which is bad, is just post-hoc justification for the deep feelings they themselves can't really explain either. My view of SJW is young privileged people who consider social issues such as racism/transgender phobia/sexism etc...the most important issue, especially minor points, in every case to the point of:
addressing it in an irrational manner just to feel they did something
ignoring actual socioeconomic issues in their environment in favor of something such as trannies being able to change their gender on IDs
usually these people grew up with a silver spoon in their mouth and generally dissociated from society outside of their little circle
they have no understanding of methods of persuasion, preferring to react with anger and other emotional responses to things they dislike
spend a lot of time on social media/internet circlejerking each other over their views
as students they're the sort of people who would protest to have a more 'diverse reading list' in their courses, but would never put the same sort of effort towards, say, increasing financial aid for students
it's a remnant of Nixon-era "hardhats vs hippies" culture war propaganda. liberals preen about how "inclusive" their sweatshop is, righttoids shit their pants over the latest Oscar bait.

Changing gender on IDs was something I remember SJWs being motivated to change in college
From my perspective the issue is if they're in an ER and the attending physician is not given their actual sex (plenty of sex differences due to organizational differences in development)
Never thought of it with regards to crime, but I suppose it could work.
Main reason I brought it up was as an example of something that is pointless to change but SJWs will focus on it because it's a solid "feel good" target instead of something that will actually improve society.
