from what i know, korea japan and china all have histories of eating live seafood and animal abuse even in modern times. i would assume japan is best about it since i havent really heard of them eating cats or dogs and dog eating has been shut down in korea and i think china is working on it but they get the worst rep since a country that large has thebiggest peasant population that has to eat what they can get
