No,in the first place, I think お気のすむまま sounds kind of unnatural to me.
お気に召すまま is by far more common and sounds more natural.
”お気に召す” is a honorific word for 好む or 気に入る, so お気に召すまま means "as you like", "as you please", "as you want" and so on.

When I googled it before asking, pretty much all I got is the expression you posted. I assume すむ is 済む which sort of confuses me. Are those the same expressions?

In hindsight, "お気の済むまま" might be wrong usage of "気の済むまで"

Either way, I think お気のすむまま sounds like an unnatural expression to me.

"気の済むまで" is interchangeable with "気が済むまで”

I think it's "like x" の ”xよう”.

よう attaches after a verb's masu-stem to turn it into a compound word/noun describing the state of V-ing. It is a verb's nominalizer.

言う to talk
->言われる to be talked about
->言われ its masu-stem
->言われよう the way his/her being talked about
->散々な言われようだ (lit.) "It is a harsh way his/her being talked about."
i.e. "Your words are so harsh to him/her."
