The guy telling the first officer to leave him immediately gets on the radio, then at the end of the webm a national guard soldier arrives to help him.
Like I said, focus on doing your job (dispersing the protesters) and trust your colleagues will get him help, which they do very quickly. There'd be no benefit to a load of police crowding around that guy, it wouldn't help him and would impede the soldier from helping him.
