I also heard something about Russia's medical experts saying that if someone had a light case of corona(beginning stages) and had other serious, potentially fatal illnesses that it wouldn't count towards corona deaths. Though idk if they went with it.

Not sure how did they count, because mortality in Moscow in April 2020 was around 12k and it's higher like 1k than April of last year and around 2k than average of 2010-2019.

Stop seething italchuk, you can always check excess mortality and see for yourself. Unlike Italy, we had more time to prepare, and we also have more hospitals with medical equipment to treat severe cases. My friend’s father was saved thanks to that.
