Favourite Non-European culture (and why?)

Personally, I find Indian, Japanese, and pacific island cultures fun to read about.

Best history. Have remained relevant in the word stage for as long as they've existed.
Best culture. Their cultural influence is seen in many countries today, even if they may hate them.
Soon to be the superpower of the world.

Hell yeah.
Aboriginal stuff is sick.
Prefer new zealand cuz of the mountains though.

Why do you think you are white? You are like moors, brown and black hair brown eyes.

China's rich history and mythology makes their modern soulless Xi approved entertainment feel even worse than it actually is

Visited china, it was a great experience. Food and festivals were great.

You what mate? Weirdo.

I'm not even trying to start an argument, it's ok not to be White.

All I know about persia is their gorgous art and cool swords. Also, mythology.
I should probably educate myself a bit.

Certainly.

>If you want to see Song Dynasty culture, go to Vietnam
>If you want to see Yuan dynasty culture, go to Mongolia
>If you want to see Ming Dynasty culture, go to Korea

> Jomon period and all the wild mysteries of it
> Mythology- Local spirits, yokai and demons, along with the various religious icons over the years.
> The Ainu and other japanese tribal history.
> The impact of anime and manga (no, i'm not kidding it's interesting)
> Samurai
> That one painting of the guy cutting his clothes so he wouldn't disturb his love sleeping.

>Aboriginal stuff is sick.
I honestly dont get the appeal. Same for indigenous stuff from here.
Beyond their art style, there isnt much of interest. they literally live like prehistoric cavemen. Their appeal is serving as a glimpse into the past, nothing more.

usa :)

Whack...

>hey literally live like prehistoric cavemen
Mesoamericans and Andean societies were fairly advanced.

That's because aboriginal history is oral! None of it is written down, and instead, their stories are carried by the people, and passed down.
Lots of cultures do this, and usually, lying is a huge taboo in them due to the importance of spoken word and song.
I can see why you think the way you do though, since a lot of written cultures look down on those skills. Personally, I'm impressed.

Damn straight!
