Wouldn’t be so bad if you just made different sandwiches every now and then

Eat some boiled eggs or something, bro. Are you going for weight loss or something?

I unironically eat like a 50 year old Japanese person. Small portions of various kinds of fish and meat, rice and multiple kinds of vegetables sometimes pickled. These account for like 75% of the meals I eat. Makes sense though since I grew up around elderly Japanese family members. I feel sick and lethargic if I eat dense western food consistently. I'm only 1/8th Asian too.

My most recent meal was white rice with soy sauce, salmon sashimi, potato and carrot in sweet mayo sauce, 1 egg with white chicken, and salad with ginger, vinegar and chilli. All of these apart from the rice were only 2-3oz portions. Chirashi with seasoned vegetables is my favorite meal. Pic only semi unrelated.

Just say american.

This is me but without the rice and only one pb sandwich.

Once yes, years ago but not from fish. We were actually able to trace it back to under-cooked pork from a shitty diner though. My mom and sister don't eat raw fish and got it too about two weeks later.

I get my fish from a nearby Japanese market that also distributes fish to high end restaurants. Never got sick from them. Sushi and Sashimi fish sold in the US is required to be flash frozen which kills parasites and the market I buy from also does a few extra steps. I cut up my own fish before I eat and give another inspection as well just to be extra safe. Most of the time people in the US get parasites from raw fish it's because someone just purchased normal fish that hasn't been treated properly. A lot of people here think you can just eat any fish from the market raw. I've not had stomach issues literally in years.

There's a similar chart about Native Mexicans too. They did a study with a tribe in Northern Mexico and Mayas in the Yucatan peninsula and found that those who ate Euro diets utilizing breads and sugars were drastically more obese, weak and even had a higher rate of mental health issues. The natives that ate a more traditional diet focused on traditonal meats, seafood, vegetables and corn were healthier and more physically attractive.

Sounds like a solid study.

let the parasites grow inside you, they need a good home

I'm trying to find it. There are lots of articles about how western diets make Amerindians fatter and riddle them with mental issues but I can't find the one with the pic i'm looking for. It's a known thing that

>«WESTERN STYLE DIET».

WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?

Does cooking all of those ingredients takes a lot of time? Honestly I also would like to est like that but making so many dishes just seems unpractical

Like fry bread?

...

Fry bread isn't a Native American food. It was a Navajo adaptation of a US army cavalry fried wheat bread recipe. Navajo staples were corn, beans squashes and other greens with about a 1/9th meat to plant ratio.

For me it’s
>carnation breakfast essentials shake for breakfast and constant cups of coffee until lunch
>bento box from the van around the corner for lunch with a bottle vending machine tea
>7/11 rice ball/grilled chicken skin for dinner
>whiskey and a couple of cigarettes before 5 hours of sleep
I can feel my life expectancy slipping away

Yeah that's what I meant. Foods like fry bread caused obesity for the Navajo.

Yup. You're right on that to a T. I'm mostly Amerindian. Like 80% according to those DNA kits.

Most of my meals are 50% meat (mostly beef and fish, sometimes chicken), 30% vegetables and 20% carbs (usually rice) most of my family has also always eaten this way since like World War 2. We have no heart disease, are mostly thin and healthy. Cousins eat a fuck load of rice and bread and are fucking human blimps with diabetes even with a sub 2,000 calorie per day diet. Genetics very much dictate what is an acceptable diet.

no thats why im so imtelgigent
but i don't. I eat a LOT of fruit and try to eat less red meat and more fish. and of course the classics, full grain, good oils and vegetables.

Low carb propaganda

Does western diet mean american diet?

Yes. Food and the things in food get absorbed pretty quickly. I feel like shit when I eat something like salty and greasy pizza or hamberders and fries. And get migraines if I eat too much salty food. That's pretty much a vascular problem in the brain.

>western
american
