I know how this feels man. Happened to me too. It's just a sad reality that you REALLY need to watch out if you can trust someone especially women. My experience is that women don't know/care for certain boundaries where guys would still have honor stoping them.

I once worked a really shitty job which mentally exhausted me so much that I almost cried talking to the boss (i know, sounds pathetic) and told this to a female coworker. She made me think I could tell her about my stress with the job and collected what I said over 3 months. I ended up getting fired because she told everything to the boss for her own gain.
