My town has really been upgraded in the last 10 years or so. Used to be a shitty place, grim and dark, full of drunks and druggies. Now it's suddenly a fancy place.

That's still my perception of Norrköping but to be fair I haven't been there for a while. I know people travel from where I live to Norrköping because you have better restaurants and nightlife

Can honestly say it has changed quite drastically. Sadly that also means costs of living has gone up.. My rent went up 30% in just 4 years.
