fucking yikes, unless you go early in the morning it's like swimming in broth
and the smell...

It's true their winters get very cold, but Finland actually experiences pretty warm summers compared to the UK.
This city is in Lapland near the Arctic Circle. All this week it is warmer than anywhere in the UK. Crazy when you think that winter temperatures there can get to as low as minus 30.

We're still in spring and Finland is getting days where it's over 25 degrees.
Many places in nearby Norway and Sweden are touching 30 degrees today.

London is the warmest spot in the UK btw. Southern Finland will be warmer all next week despite being at the same latitude on the Shetland Isles.
Scandinavia and Finland are peak uncomfy in summer.

>pretty good temps for june so far
>always somewhat cloudy or overcast with some rain every couple of days, literally perfect
>sun comes out for one fucking day and the temperatures immediately jump to high 20s
I guess I should enjoy it for the time being, at least we'll have some comfy weather for the next week before the africa tier heat deathgrips this place again until autumn

As long as we don't get another 3 months of absolutely no rain like 2 years ago, I'm fine. Also I ordered an AC just because I can, especially since I'll be working from home till September

my ideal outdoor temp would be 18 degrees celcius with not too much humidity. These past few days have been a bit much although when I went to the beach it was kind of nice.
