Sure it is an expensive city, how could buying property in the second largest city (also has perfect climate for humans) in the most developed country on earth not be? It is not nearly as expensive to buy as SF or NYC.

Well, I just mean for a normal person I could see how someone would work in tech or a related field and actually want to move to SF for that reason. I guess you could say the same for entertainment in LA but I don’t really think that’s an industry the average person is working in and if they are, places like New York would be equally viable.
