Any other city is better.
Just like any capital city in any european country is an expensive shithole.
If you really want to live in a city i would recommend groningen (bike capital), Nijmegen (student centre), Middelburg or Maastricht.
Avoid the randstad (pic related), especially Rotterdam, den haag, Haarlem, unless you enjoy living with niggers and really like over crowded roads and expensive houses
