IQ is highly dependent on one's environment. When Chinese people measure their collective IQ from university graduates in big cities, they can make themselves look naturally smarter than they are. However, China had a measured IQ dozens of points lower in the 1940s, which disproves any claim at being naturally smarter.

Yes. They have a very strict culture of studying hard and that's what makes them so smart. A buddy of mine is Chinese and he is very smart. However natural intuition is something not many of them have and they fall behind with that. They don't respect the Western countries. I don't mind admitting that they are high IQ but many high IQ whites can compete at their level as well so it isn't as if they're just above us all or anything.

Well, they do with the most Olympiad math awards. And even western countries that win them are fielding Asian teams.
But how important is PURE mathematics in real life? Like how applicable is advanced math to real life? I'd value science and engineering more.

Lots of stupid savage chinks that live there, low hygiene, unethical behavior. But their government (CCP) are smart to create system where their population are distributed for their own useful purposes.

easy to say, they are savage but governed by CCP: the most effective & efficient government in this earth.
It's pretty explained with the result. Sure the recent IQ tests shows bias but it doesn't really matter much since what really matters is how to funnel these smart & stupid population for their useful purposes. Smart Chinks at uni will be allocated by governments as the brains for the nations (researchers, think-tanks, diplomats, military officers), while the stupid Chinks will be allocated as mere muscles (factory labors, farmers, menial workers, military enlistee). It's a kind of pseudo, merit based caste system. Higher merits comes with higher magnitude of responsibility. But these strict competitions are extremely harsh that results in severe cheating for the end means, National University entrance exam is one big battle royale.
This assume referring mainland Chinese. Taiwan, HK, Macao, Singapore is pretty self explanatory.

at the same time, chinese admire parts of the soviet union. but at the same time, many chinese viewed the ussr as a powerful threat too after the sino-soviet split.
i think china learned to not embrace capitalism/liberalism american-style too soon and to make gradual reforms, after they saw what the soviet collapse did to the average russian person's livelihood.
