If you're doing real estate you'll do fine, moreso if you speak Spanish. Downtown Miami is owned by Latin Americans who hide their money here and things are generally well for people who do banking and real estate. There's always fun things going on and if you wish to leave the city for whatever reason you can go as far as Palm Beach to escape without being in the middle of nowhere. Every thing else sucks though, wages are generally low and rent is high. Public transit is awful and constantly trying to be privatized so you'll need to use the tolls more often than not

I just want to get into developing property and have plans of one day starting my own company. I want to move to a bigger city with a lot of building going on because that's where the money and opportunities are. I could stay in Flyoverville Utah but there's no money here. And I want to be South and by the coast anyway
