I was on all continents except North America, and Gypsies by far are the worst ones. For most of other minorities you can say they're good people, with some bad ones mixed inside due to poverty, bad education, etc.

I was in Brazil and I've seen the favelas. They're poor, and I would say they live in worse conditions than Gypsies. But most of them are just poor people trying to go through life.
