No i never talk to people and my city is too small to get many tourists
For what it's worth though I'm moving to a bigger city this year to go to university so i'll probably meet many foreigners there. I'm only 19 and I hope to fill my map red by the time i'm finished.

The stipulation was that it had to be a real conversation, so for instance buying a pack of cigs from the indian guy at the gas station doesn't count.
