How often do you see women in your country with stupid hair colors?

All the time and i even find it kinda hot but i live in a major city so your bound to see all sorts of people

di you think she also dyes her pubes purple? have you ever seen them? i've seen my mum's pubes when i was a kid and she was getting out of the shower

During my stay in Finland and Estonia I have noticed that lots of women dye their hairs.
My self-made theory about it was that since winter is so cold and expressing your sense of aesthetic is rather hard when you have to wear a large coat most of the year, Nordic women have adapted and are dying their hairs so that they can feel more unique. Southern countries don't experience this since we have clear cut spring/summer/autumn/winter fashion and girls are able to change their style all the time.
But it's 100% something I made up

I've seen a girl who dyed her hair blonde once.

Of course I've seen them, we're Finnish. We go to sauna together all the time.
They're not purple.

Back when university was still open every day I went there you'd see at least one person with weird hair.

You can usually find them in the richer cities, but still not as common as western countries.

20 years ago the colored hair was an indicator that a woman was in to rock or metal and she was easy.

It's the piercing and tatoos which accompany it that are disgusting.

Also, I live in a student heavy area so pretty much the entire block to our left is art and nature students = lots of colored hair.
