Legs are sore now. I want to do a 5k each day for the next five days. I think I can do it.

Forgot to track it. I'm a Zig Forumsfag so while I have a nice body, my cardio was awful. Now I am training to get better air volume. I did 2.5km in 12 min a few weeks back, which puts me in the "good" category.

I ran 2km in 9:34 yesterday. It's the fittest I've ever been. Still fat though.

What kind of running do you do. Short or long?

5 days a week sounds a lot. I heard the best way to run is 2x a week sprinting and 1x a week long distance jogging. Do some squats and deadlifts on the same day if you can.

Both. Today will do a longer run with a lower heart rate, around 140. Probably 12 km. Something between 10-14 km.

I'm not super fat just chubby really. I was running towards my limit there too. I want to become an army reservist so I need to do 2km in under 11:15, and that seems to be quite achievable.

My shins hate me though.

Yeah I'm trying to lose some weight and want to build an ability to do it regularly to speed up my metabolism a bit.
