Unless you live in some place like Hawaii or Alaska, this is not remotely true. Necesitas aprender como hablar español para vivir en nuestro país en el siglo 21.

The only time I see Latinxs with any regularity is during skiing season, it's totally pointless, I might as well learn French or Bosnian, or Nepali, or whatever Somalians speak.

I double checked and officially it is the third with 1% but I doubt this statistic. The Bosnian and Somali populations are much larger than the Puerto Rican population and there are very few Mexicans here.

It's useless, spanish speaking countries suck dick, learn german, french, italian or japanese if you want to move to a better safer country with really rich culture.

Learn russian, mandarin or arabic if you want big business opportunities or if you want to live in a country with traditional values.

Spanish is in the same tier as Indonesian or Hindi, it's theoretically "useful" but at the end of the day no one respect anyone who talks these languages, the culture is garbage and the countries sucks (unless you want to live in spain).
