all you need for your skin woes is some good old carbon soap, better than most exfolliants on the market, about as effective as any other soap, exceptional at cleaning skin pores.
The only thing it can't help with is with hair loss and sunlight protection. The first is a mater of vanity, the second does need some special products

No homo but my aunt left some neutrogena face cleanser at my house for 6 months and forgot about it... I used it because I was out of my generic face soap that didn’t really work. It cleared up my face and I never went back to anything else. If it works...

all of these compound with eachother, and women tend to do several of these. In a broad way, Women are more concened with masking issues than treating them, this leads to those issues getting worse over time. Combine that with a mix of ignorance and tendecy to believe word-of-mouth and you get some pretty sad results.
