They just use latin characters if they dont have one of their phonetic equivalence (the literate ones anyways) and its not like kata/hiragana captures all the nuance of foreign phonetics either

then that is not Chinese Language.
we also use English or other languages words directly in our sentence but Hiragana Katakana is able to make new words or customize for our language more flexible.
