In Lighter Blue, all countries that should be annexed by France and under French administration: Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria & Romania In Dark Grey, all country that should be annexed and under German administration: Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania.
No one would miss those shithole anyway and would be better under French and German administration. Plus I'm sure France+Germany could single-handedly steamroll all of you useless pricks.

It was mostly meant to be a joke rather than a serious statement, but it's one thing to fight wars against non peer insurgents in Africa and the Middle East with (for the most part) support from the local government, it's completely different to engage in big scale mechanized warfare against peer or near-peer states such as Spain, Italy, Greece or worse, the UK. The French Army doesn't really have a chance if it attempts to take on all of them at once, and even just trying to fight them one at a time would incur horrific casualties and destroy morale.
