East euros are better in terms of their historical background and how they act. Wary but not hostile or passive aggressive and are happy if you know the basics. One friend I know based on travelling in Europe east Europe was the place where her and her brother got a better reception versus some western states and Italy. Italy was the worst for them unironically.
