Very simple, when Soviet Union ceased to exist, America have broken all the agreements we previously had, and still treated us like the enemy for almost 20 years. After that, our government finally realized that they’re not trying to become
our friends, and are just tightening NATO bases around our necks, even though we weren’t hostile
