My job is ridiculously easy and requires almost no work at all. I don’t even have to wake up on time anymore. So it actually exacerbates things badly but I don’t really have to focus on it. As for my sanity, I’ve only really kept it by staying occupied: getting outside, games, movies, etc. I also visit family at least once a month.

The hardest part is that once you’re over a certain age, you almost build your social life through work. That’s where you meet friends, gfs, whatever. At home, you don’t have that option. You just work so you can wake up the next day and keep working all alone for actually no reason.

Man there is hope, I was just like you, not doing anything, just spending days on Zig Forums. I started by setting myself productive things I want to do today, like watch good youtube videos that actually teach me something, read a good e-book for half an hour, don't go on Zig Forums for a day etc.
Start small, even as small as taking a shower, or something else for your situation, start small and grow it, stop cooming etc. You CAN change, it's the best time to change. I hope it helps fren.
