There really is no solution. Anyone who is able to maybe help bringing a solution is probably either going to escape the shitshow or profit off it.
A bit of a layman phrasing but, it will take several rich people with incredible empathy willing to work towards a common goal that won't benefit them that much just for the chance that shit will work out.

The whole world, be it West or East is able to subdue any opposition or work around the opposition so that the people in charge stay in charge and nothing truly changed.
There has been "too many" (like, 7 or 8?) successful rebelions and movements in the last 200 years for anyone who is in charge to not fear change, even if it is insignificant or even good for them. Because at that point, it showed people they could do a difference.
In a grand schale, everyone who fought for freedom ended up causing the demand for a world where you couldn't anymore, and that's where we live now.
So if your country hasn't been "fixed" decades ago, it probably won't be now and definitely won't be in the future. At best you can hope bigger powers have an interesting in "shaking" you a little(just to fuck the other powers) and that in the chaos something good comes out of it.

I know I come across as a bit doomer and saying stuff that is probably obvious.
I'm just trying to justify: Life is worth more than this weird believes of nationalism and patriotism.
Globalism is the path other people chose for me. And even as the world suffer thanks to it we won't discard it.
So I'm just saying, for now, there is no point to caring about your country over your time.
