Feel like shit

>Feel like shit
>Download an app for mediation and follow the first few sessions
>Feel insanely good
Unironically, what kind of fucked up magic is this? I didn't know this shit existed all these years

What app

Probably just need to relax a bit more.

2nd for fuck Scatvia & Scatvians

Meditations is unironically based and everyone should do it for at least a few moments every day.

Oh shit. Does it cures OCD too? Im literally going phases from doing good for about a month and then im hitting some triggering moment in my life and thoughts are killing me again. Pls recommend something. I literally ruined a relationship with a girl because of it lmao.

Petit bambou in French, but the english version is called Mindfulness, it's the most famous one

>meditate for months
>eventually have a weird experience with a mixed lucid dreaming / reality state of consciousness
>entity starts talking to me to this day

I don't know but I feel liberated about a lot of things now

Meditation can be dangerous, there might be things you don't want to ponder about deep in your mind.

>download an app for meditation
>asks me to register myself to proceed
>uninstall the app

Finner try it out

I unironically felt like it was another chick's retarded trope before, but after trying it, it really does works, at least for me

>The concept of tulpa was popularized and secularized in the Western world through fiction, gaining popularity on television in the late 1990s and 2000s.[3] From 2009 onwards, online communities dedicated to tulpas spawned on the Zig Forums and Reddit websites. These communities collectively refer to themselves as tulpamancers and offer guides and support for other tulpamancers. The communities gained popularity when adult fans of My Little Pony created forums for tulpas of characters from the My Little Pony television series.[14] The fans attempted to use meditation and lucid dreaming techniques to create imaginary friends.[15][16] Surveys by Veissière explored this community's demographic, social, and psychological profiles. These individuals, calling themselves "tulpamancers", treat the tulpas as a "real or somewhat-real person". The number of active participants in these online communities is in the low hundreds, and few meetings in person have taken place. They belong to "primarily urban, middle class, Euro-American adolescent and young adult demographics" and they "cite loneliness and social anxiety as an incentive to pick up the practice." 93.7% of respondents expressed that their involvement with the creation of tulpas has "made their condition better", and led to new unusual sensory experiences. Some practitioners have sexual and romantic interactions with their tulpas, though the practice is controversial and trending towards taboo. One survey found that 8.5% support a metaphysical explanation of tulpas, 76.5% support a neurological or psychological explanation, and 14% "other" explanations.
Lmao, learn something new everyday.

desu i also tried it but only when i couldn't sleep. It's so boring that it actually works and i fall asleep after several minutes.

How am I meant to start meditating when they start showing me cunny in the first 2 minutes!

If you go into it with the Zig Forums's mindset that everything is retarded and that nothing is worth doing because actually trying to improve your situation is "soy", then of course it's not going to work.
This place is a meme, the sooner you realise this, the better

>"Nigga just close your eyes, like walk away from the screen"
Meditation is best when your eyes are closed

Sounds batshit crazy but it unironically works. I started creating one almost a decade ago but I dropped it when the headaches became unbearable, and decided to steer towards the safer world of lucid dreaming. The mind is capable of doing some crazy shit.

Deep down we all know this user. We're all trapped here somehow, I've left this place for 3months but came back anyway.

Calling it magic is exactly why people stop believing this shit exists in the first place. Meditation is just an exercise meant to make you feel good. Not look good or do something good, just "working through" yourself and feeling good, not needing anyone but maybe a tutor for it.
It (probably) won't give you super human abilities, but it will make life better if you're willing to.

This too. Sadly tho a lot of people don't know how to relax. Even treating sleep and rest as chores rather than a time for themselves.

>Girl called me crazy and fucking ghosted me because i had manic episode
Well, that happens.

I talked with a guy on /adv/ who claimed to have one and had a romantic/sexual relationship with her, it was an interesting conversations, but he basically made me understand that Tulpas were for those who had almost given up on the real world.

Yeah, it shows when you browse the online communities about this subject (haven't been around those places for a few years). I started it honestly out of sheer curiosity, never felt like I actually "needed it" so ended up dropping it when the problems outweighted the benefits.

I think the people here are way more similar than they think, that's why everyone here keeps coming back, it looks familiar.

Sounds like giving yourself a schizophrenia but you can get rid of it if you want?

Yeah basically lol. I've ofter heard that the way to get rid of it is basically the same way of getting rid of an addiction. Just ignore it, don't interact with it and don't "fall" for its attention even if it becomes annoying, and eventually (weeks, months, I don't know) it will kind of fade away and disappear.
