I am ashamed to be American :(

Shouldn't have fucked with our boats
Talk shit get hit we should have nuked then more than twice

We should had landed on the islands and fought with honor.

Instead, we just brought this world in to a living hell where everything can end at the push of a button.

America
We need nuke.
Russia has nuke.
China has nuke.
and North Korea has nuke.

Japan is surrounded by evil brothers.

so we must need super cluster gatling nuke missiles.

and we have to set Beijing, Moscow and Pyonyang as target.

maybe you 've already set it though.

we will give you a few hundred.

the fire bombing of tokyo killed more people
might aswell call the entire bombing campaign on japan a war crime you pussified zoomer

Yes, the firebombings were war crimes too

we can't have nuke officially because of Article 9 of the Constitution.

but I think we have already nuke missiles made in USA because USA gave us unofficially

Same.

I did not know that interesting.

Yeah, but at least some Japanese survived and lived to have some cool scars. Imagine your grandma showing you her scars from when got nuked. That would be awesome ngl.

Reminder that only 2/3 POW under japan survived, making japan the most inhumane towards their captives, even worse than germany or russia

Japan you are already there
the 六ヶ所村核燃料再処理施設 is actually 90% of the way to a nuclear weapon
50% of the IAEA's budget is used to guard that building

FINISH THE JOB
just kidding, nuclear weapons are bad

if someone does a war crime, and then you do a second war crime in revenge, the second war crime is still illegal

Attached: Flanders.png (200x155, 66.98K)

Second one is still justified
Fuck the Japanese empire

yes, all those innocent women and children in those cities who tortured all those POWs.....

Part of the larger Japanese empire
Women and children still exist, can still shoot, can still contribute to the economy, can still be a gear in the war machine.

War is hell, and though I met some of the best people I will ever know because of it, I have also lost people to it, I have taken people because of it.

Humanity is an obstacle you need to overcome when trying to get a zealous and determined populace to submit.

my grandfather hates japs because he said they would use the butt of their guns to knock the teeth out of chinese women after they raped them.

but i dont hate japs, and i hope they will have sex so their country doesnt die. thank you.

if you were in the military, go ahead and ask literally any commissioned officer vet if war would be better if everyone fought like genghis khan

what's the point of society if, when humanity is at it's most destructive, we all regress to fucking medieval times

wars are always inhumane but there are hugely different degrees of inhumanity

More people went on to lead good lives because of those bombs
More people got to grow up with a father because of them
Sure those two cities were wiped off the map but other parts of Japan were spared.
How do you think the occupying Americans would have treated the Japanese population if they had to sludge through the main island? When the Japanese government was issuing things like pic related to anyone who could shoot?

The occupying americans would have treated the locals awfully, many more people would have died, the locals would be extremely resentful towards the americans they just watched less than a year ago shoot their husband outside their house.

Japan was already planning to surrender. The near-consensus of Japanese academic historians is that the Soviets' entry into the war is what made them surrender, not the bombs. the timing of the government's decision-making otherwise made no sense.

My grandpa built runways on captured Pacific Islands.

*blows a kiss through time to Tokyo Rose.

i'm not the guy you're replying to but the bombs were good policy
if they surrendered to the soviets we would end up with either a split japan or worse a totally communist one

they were never going to surrender to the Soviets — Roosevelt and Stalin had decided at Yalta that the Soviets would enter the war and force Japan to surrender to the US (Japan was earlier considering the Soviets as a mediator between the US and Japan). Even with the bomb the Soviets occupied North Korea, anyways.

>The near-consensus of Japanese academic historians is that the Soviets' entry into the war is what made them surrender, not the bombs. the timing of the government's decision-making otherwise made no sense.
This is just Jap cope, who are ashamed of their history of getting nuked twice, so they lie and pretend the soviets affected japan more than americans did, even though anyone with even half a brain can see through this japanese cope.

Cope

FUCK FASCISTS

SHould have nuked them 10 TIMES if not 100. Now we have a bunch of weeboo nazis shits runnign around fuck em!

Nuclear weapons should be abolished everywhere in the world immediately.

There was a guy who survived both and later died of cancer when he was (i THINK) 80

I share a country with these savages.

>FDR
dead
>stalin
not exactly a man of his word
any deal struck was off before the bombs fell, the ussr and us were enemies and neither could trust the other
from the american perspective it was either the bombs or an invasion, which would have been an even bigger waste of life

i love the japanese and wish they had won but comon overall they really didn't fight with honor

the artifical plagues that they dropped on the chinese and unit 731 however based they are tell a lot different story, also the POVs are a whole different thing

>Kills civilians in other countries
>Complains when their own get killed
Japs deserve it

god dammit the point of this thread is you're not supposed to agree with america for once
