Im excercising my right forearm right now. I do this about 3 to 5 times daily.

Have been hitting the gyms again for 2 weeks now, 2-3 times a week and I go jogging about 2-3 times per week for a distance of 5 to 6 km.

I am pleased with them. After three or four months, I have had visible gains on chest and arm muscles, and I look pretty good now (although not as good as if I went to the gym, I suspect).

I go to the gym every other day, where I run 2km/10 mins for a warm up and then do 3 exercises out of squats, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and barbell row.
