DJT - Daily Japanese Thread #2373.3

DJT is a language learning thread for those studying the Japanese language.
Japanese speakers learning English are welcome, too.

Read the guide linked below before asking how to learn Japanese:

are any of the austrians who post in here cute girls?
asking for a friend.

There are in :)

guys, does any of you use qolibri? I cannot hear any audio track from the NHK 発音辞典.
Already tried to use other external programs like VLC for the audio and video but it didn't work either

Japanese is impossible to learn. Even Japanese can't learn it.
Why not learn a useful language like Uzbek or Portuguese?

stop posting the same uggos

yo

I hate it when kanji with three similar structures is in consecutive order.
Textbook had Gate, To open and To close in a row. 15 lines per kanji. Kuyashii~

Will doing anki should I occasionally look for individual kanji meanings? I don't think I could've figured out that 午 means noon without looking it up and it helped me remember the other kanji for the time of the day

I would reccomend slowly drop 2k deck and start your own

I'm not even at 300 words, it's useless if I can't read shit

Now post the jav where she takes multiple cocks at once and is covered in semen

Yes. Anki should be used to review stuff you've already encountered anyway. That's why core2k is so shit. You've never encountered the word and you spend too long on not just new words but new grammar structures and kanji.
It sounds efficient but it's frustrating as fuck.

yes when you come across new kanji it's a good idea to look it up
also that's why vocab is so important because you will naturally understand their meaning, even though you should still look it up when you see it for the first time, via multiple different uses

for example
a.m.
>午前
>前 - before, earlier, preceding, previous, etc.
p.m.
>午後
>後 - after, later, etc.
contextually it makes 午 way easier to remember

i recommend you do wanikani.

there is nothing wrong with sticking with the 2k, you'll encounter the entire deck eventually anyways

How different are the pronunciations of stuff like おお and おう, にう and にゅう, りお and りょ etc? I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem but writing words like 入力(にゅうりょく)is almost impossible for me

i don't know about おお and おう but the other ones are pretty different especially りお and りょ

I haven't done anki in 6 months and I feel great

>but writing words like 入力(にゅうりょく)is almost impossible for me
What does writing have to do with pronunciation?

>ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/女房言葉#語尾に「もじ」が付く(文字詞)
>ひともじ(ねぎ)
>当時「葱」と書いて「き」と一音で読んでいたことから
>ふたもじ(にら)
>「葱(き)」が一文字であるのに対し、「韮(にら)」が二文字であることから。

I meant writing in a computer: I have to remember how the word sounds, convert that to hiragana and then to kanji with IME.
For example, I was trying to get 入力 with にうりょく

I feel like にう is almost never a thing, but I might be wrong. I can't think of anything at the moment though, do you have any examples with such a combination of particles within the same mora? に + う together in pronunciation sounds very awkward and would likely be elided to にゅう most of the time over the ages anyway, in my opinion.

Have you tried learning Japanese to fix this issue?

what do you mean with "learning Japanese"? such as thing isn't possible

Austria keeps posting the same girls from 大日本帝国 (朝鮮) (sometimes wrongly referred to as "韓国"). BAN them.

>Japanese consider me subhuman
what do I do, I can't do anything with this language other than read touhou doujin, should I cut my losses and give up?

Learning Japanese is extremely easy using the method described on the guide linked in the OP.

Trully acquiring Japanese is, however, impossible for anyone who did not grow up in Japan in a Japanese family.

>Learning Japanese is extremely easy
Stopped reading there.
You can't learn Japanese.

I think you have made a mistake. It is indeed possible to "learn", in as far as learning a language consists of memorizing sets of grammar rules and vocabulary, and making some practice with them.
What is not possible is to perfectly understand and possess the mindset that native Japanese speakers have.

Don't you watch ponpoko's ones?

見せる物は一つもない。

i do. she speaks pretty fast though.

I don't have an example because I started barely a week ago. I'll keep that in mind and try to pay more attention from now on

Hai, dekimashita.

>I don't have an example because I started barely a week ago.
Don't create problems for yourself that do not exist. Focus on what you are learning and practicing, don't focus on things you don't know might even not exist.
