Yes, and? The voiceless labiodental fricative [f] is a sound in Finnish that is present only in loanwords, just like the voiced bilabial stop [b] and the voiced velar stop [g]. This doesn't however mean that we cannot pronounce it, as it is clearly a sound that is used in words that are used in Finnish.

Ranska is called that not because the f sound is not native (which is true), but because Finnish words (not counting more recent, 100 years old or so loans) do not begin with multiple consonants. The non-liquid consonants typically get dropped. Otherwise we might call you "Vranska"
