Divorce is a big one. In the Catholic Church you can't get a divorce and remarry without getting an annulment (or at least you can't do it and not be doomed to hell). Church of England was created to get around that.
There were some more differences like Catholic Masses were in Latin and Anglican Masses were in English, but in 1965 the Catholic Church changed it, and masses are to be recited in the local language. Nowadays there's not much difference at all in the liturgy.

It's a simplification to say that Henry VIII's inability to get an annulment is the sole reason that the Church of England formed, there was reformist sentiment in England at the time, but it's a core reason nonetheless.

Its the straw that broke the camels back, there had been lots of tension between the Catholic Church and England for literally decades before. The main real reason for the split was because of the stupid amount of control that the church had at the time which was viewed as totally unnecessary due to philosophical discussions at the time. In the end the church learned it's lesson because getting an annulment is super easy nowadays. As long as you put forward the $500 processing fee the church will usually grant one.
