There are alot of elements really
First the characters.
You must make your readers turn on by your characters or else nobody gonna buy your doujin [spoiler]unless they are into fat old man or something[/spoiler]
Second the fetish.
What type of fetish do you like? Tits? Feets? Guro? Vanila? NTR? If you come up what your primary fetish gonna be then you must make them enjoyable to your target audience.
Third and the last the story and gags.
Once you finish designing characters and your fetish is, you must make a story what are you gonna write about? what does this character do in the story? how would you make your doujin not be the same "aah no we are having sex" like most doujin artists do. I.E. something to stand out.
