Just finished Napoleon the great which was pretty good. But not as keen on biographies normally.
I found The Anarchy on the East India companies conquest of India really interesting because that part of history hardly ever gets talked about. same with The Great Anglo-Boer war.
I find British colonial wars are almost all forgotten people just assume its like the American wild west and da white man has guns so he wins but its extremely complicated and based on social structures like the ability to rapidly mobilise credit and concentrate power into one coherent force.
