I live in a village and even the next town is too small to have a tram
only a few cities in Germany have one

Would be broken apart in less than a month in shithole third world.

where do you live?

We have about 10 of those trams in Belgrade, the rest look like this

Most of europe have this kind of trams but I don't know why but non eu ones looks more old and worn off. It is probably because that mentality of governments that if it is old we shouldn't take care of it. That's why while polish commieblocks looks decent, russian, azerbaijani, serbian ones looks horrendous. Nobody cares to fix old shit.

Most of our trams are quite new

And the old ones look like this now. Pretty ugly but everyone prefer to ride with old ones. They are just more comfy

It's true to some extent, the government focuses on building and buying brand new shiny stuff without even attempting to fix the old ones.
Right now, an entire new fancy downtown area is being built, while the city center looks like shit. There's still potholes everywhere, like it's still the 90's.

still eu countries know how to keep old shit decent looking. most countries build new stuff but few tries to keep them functional and good looking in upcoming years. that's why third world stays third world even after 5 years new buildings look dusty and shitty because nobody cares.

I think in Rome we have these but in white. Most of the time the glass is broken because gypsies. These fuckers won't even die of corona because no one wants to be around them

I bet after 5 year of opening that new place will start to decay too because nobody cares after it opened.

Nope actually, the elite has already paid for apartments there. It's gonna be the only decent district in about 10 years, probably secluded by wire fence as well.

How much does living in Prague costs in a month if you rent an apartment over there?

If someone lives there then you are right. Problem is in developing countries there is not much people to live in new expensive futuristic apartments. Most of these apartments are hoarded by some people, they will have 2-3 apartment each it means they will not care about the building because they don't live in it.

1k euro if you are living in small studio

Is rague comfy?
Is it better city to live in cmpared to let's say some city in Germany?

Pretty comfy. There are big nice Parks and river

Only been in Berlín, munchen and Dresden as tourist so I have no idea.

What the fuck, how do people afford that on Czeczen salaries?

There are no trams in Bosnia.

Czeczens own their apartments so they don't have to rent.

Well average wage is around 2k USD per month so if you are two you can rent some nice appartment.

But 85% of households are living in their own so rent is no problem. I have also nice appartment after my grandma.

Prazhaks take like 50% extra for doing the same job.

*Average wage in Prague

thanks communism

And property tax is almost non existant. My 400k USD appartment property tax is 40usd per year.
