Thank you for understanding.

What about German travelers and people who moved from Germany?

>german travelers
they turn into the regular t*urist subhuman
>people who moved from Germany
willingly decided to stop being german

so if i move there, I become 100% german?

No, I said that it's the only country with germans in it, not that everyone in it is german

Yes

I'm getting mixed messages here.

no
ignore him

so what are germans? what are the qualifications that make you german?

If you have german parents, or are fully integrated and know the language + live in germany

>are fully integrated and know the language + live in germany
so I could be born outside of germany but still be german? What if my parents are german but I was born somewhere else and dont see myself german/dont know the language and dont live in germany?

There are no ethnic Austrians, only Austrian Germans, and there are likewise Swiss Germans.

>so I could be born outside of germany but still be german?
No, I said "+ live in germany"
>What if my parents are german but I was born somewhere else and dont see myself german/dont know the language and dont live in germany?
Then you're not german, as your parents willingly didn't want to be german

If you don't know the language you already don't qualify.

Austrians and Swiss are their own people, they're not german

>Then you're not german, as your parents willingly didn't want to be german
>If you don't know the language you already don't qualify.
im getting mixed messages again.

How? If you moved to Germany, but didn't know German, you'd in no way qualify for being German.
There is no mixed message here

No, you just don't understand the difference between an and/or and an exclusive and. You need to meet all those conditions at the same time.

>fully integrated
forgot to ask, what qualifies as fully integrated? I could follow your list but be black, that doesn't mean all germans will see me german?

>what qualifies as fully integrated?
participating in town/village life, and not sticking to your own group, speaking german, not being a thug, etc.
> but be black, that doesn't mean all germans will see me german?
If you're not a nuisance, most people will see you as german (not talking about rightwingers of course)

>most people will see you as german
I have my doubts.

No one will regard you as black however. If you are not considered German you are considered American. You are only Black in America.

>I have my doubts.
Why?

And how do we trick Trump to nuke it?

That thread again
I agree with you in the same way there are no French outside France borders

rude

its ingrained. Whenever you would see an asian, black or any other person outside the norm they are outsiders (tourists at best, criminals at worst). I really doubt a latino per say goes to germany and tries to integrate would be thought as german. First a turk probably but never a german because you guys hardly have them.

The difference is that Turks for example are not integrated. Obviously not anyone that comes here and speaks the language will be thought of as german, it will take some time, just like anywhere else

>really doubt a latino per say goes to germany and tries to integrate would be thought as german.

Contrary to the US most Germans don't even have tangible (negative) stereotypes when it comes to Latin Americans and their descendants the way they exist in the US.

It is not about negative conceptions, it is the way any person sees an outsider. As stated by the guy before, turks are not integrated according to him so a latino, as much german as he could possibly be, first appearance would be associated with them because you guys never encounter a latino. Same for asian, probably the majority an average german meets are tourists, very few would go at first view that person is german.

This is true. We are Swiss, not German.
