Yep, it's the reason I chose this place. It's near my job (5-6 minute walk) and I got restaurants, pubs, shops and cafés all around me here.
plus, your flat has a city centre location. so you could lure drunken students into your flat and then give them drinks with drugs in then molest them like this guy did to brits. go for it bro
