OH NO NO NO YOU CAN'T ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THINGS IN /BRIT/ YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO REPEATEDLY TYPE "POO" ALL DAY
apparently the emergency alert on people's phones just went off
That's unironically my dream ngl
Studio flats go for around £1300 per month in city centre and not all of us are tarquins who can afford it off the bat
aww did no-one care about baby's widdle arm doodle?
diddums
Careful lads he's using capslock.
does topicsperg have anything better to do than sit here and whine about what people post
Nope, just proving a point that you're a retard
We're having a gang bang!
said the yank in a British general
Yeah I just got the text.
Do you not pay rent in London? Struggling to see how you were saving more if you moved from living at home into rented accommodation. Your take-home salary would have only increased by £900pcm, right? Are you spending less than £500 on rent?
yeah that really came across in your seething caps lock nonsense
can afford a studio but prefer not wasting over a grand on substandard accomodation so i spend a couple hunnas on a flatshare
americans are more british than british people
increased by about 1.2k (give or take)
dont pay a lot on rent only about 500
just tried a mask for the first time
it makes my glasses fog up
now im a pariah and cant even go to the shops for food
im gonna die
If I get the job I'm interviewing for on Friday I'd have a take-home salary of £2.1k per month and could work entirely from home if I wanted.
Been moaning about L*ndon for years and saying that I'll move away to the countryside at the first possible opportunity, but now that it's actually a possibility I'm not so sure. Truth is all my friends live in L*ndon, and while the countryside is comfy af it is also undeniably quite boring
>undeniably quite boring
yeah I know the feeling
Love that sound it makes when you're smashing wet fanny.
How have you managed that - houseshare in a relatively shit area is it? Does the £500 include all bills?
I also pay £500 in London, but that's cheaper than pretty much everybody else I know. Most people pay more like £800 to £900 for their flatshare
I got a 5k pay increase last year and I gained like, maybe £200 a month extra?
What's the fucking point?
I will NEVER put any more effort into toil than needed to not get fired
Just range ban israel at this point tbqh
Lads what is that old melancholic French song with female vocals? Lyrics sound something like da da da da da du di da da, du di du da, du di du da da da o da la la, du di du da
you do realize you can turn them off right
but what about your privacy and living space mate. can't handle living with other people myself, used to drive me nuts at university how they'd be using the kitchen when I want to cook, watching TV when I wanted to watch it and I couldn't do whatever I wanted to do within my own living space
secret is not having any friends
ex would start queefing sometimes in doggystyle
Moving back to London in 2 weeks because of this.
It's all well and good idealising being in the country, but when you've been for a walk on the same road 56 times ina row and there's nobody about it does get a bit boring.
Ali do an E?
Sneedy do a feed?
Where the fuck am I supposed to go on holiday. Even Greece and the Netherlands are seeing rising cases again. Fuck sake lads I’ve got the first week of September booked off and I can’t go anywhere
>Does the £500 include all bills?
yeah lol
had a connection but also happy with living on towerblock estates (never paid more than 600)
anti-masklets are literal babies
What about all the pakis and africans who probably live there?
I've spent the last 6 months at home, in an "area of outstanding natural beauty", but there's only so much you can do, yeah. Literally do variation of the same country walk four times per week and it does get a little bit old after a while.
Suppose that could be an option
if i put up with it now i can afford somewhere which isnt just a really dire studio
Move abroad somewhere interesting? If you can work entirely from home
Come here for the week and suck off my willy
Just postpone it to next year lad.
2020 is over for tourism.
Fair enough, I adopted a similar approach when I moved to London (albeit on a £33k salary rather than £55k salary) and none of my friends could believe it. Didn't know why I didn't want to chuck away all my money on rent. Then acted shocked when I told them I'd managed to save £40k after three years working
not necessarily easy
creates tax problems
Wish I could play more DnD
Only played it once and turned out to be a helll of a laugh lads
imagine getting this posted at you and just carrying on the conversation
some people are fucking dim
